Total Habitat built our natural swimming pool three years ago (2014). It is the best addition to our home we've ever done. The design team created an amazing pool for our setting including waterfalls, ladders, a beach, steps for water lilies and an infinity edge on our hillside. I like to think of the TH team as mad scientists, creative artists and talented engineers all rolled into one. Because every location is different, they draw upon their vast experience to create the perfect pool for each location. And, they make the process fun. The waterfall, plant life, fish and pool add life, beauty and calm to our surroundings. We enjoy the pool during all four seasons. We never have to close it up like a conventional pool. It is truly breathtaking when its surrounded by snow in the winter. The TH crew comes out in the spring and cleans out the winter debris with their handy dandy vacuum system. Other than that, we have done zero maintenance to it and the water remains crystal clear.

It was with sadness that we said goodbye to the (Total Habitat) team today after 6 weeks of hard work by them and the weeks of preparation prior to their arrival by you, Sophie and others. You all did a great job, worked hard and were an excellent representation of Total Habitat. You should be very proud of your team. The entire team was always focused on making sure that we were happy with the progress, willing to work with our team here and was just fun to have around! We told them that they are welcome back anytime, hopefully to see the pond as it “grows in”. We are ecstatic about the end product.

We got back from our trip this afternoon to find the most amazing finished pond! It’s like our own beautiful little paradise here. The idea of a natural swimming pool ("swimming pond") held great appeal, but my tropical location presented considerable challenges. Consulting with Sophia at Total Habitat proved invaluable for this project, and gave the local installers much more confidence going forward....I would not hesitate to hire Total Habitat for a consultation or a full on-site installation. The staff clearly know their product, and they are approachable, knowledgeable and responsive. If only all contractors had this level of service!

There's so much nature here now, I just love it! (Our son) spends more time outside and now all his friends want to come here to hang out, which is just great...
