Natural Swimming Pool/Pond Design here's how it works:
Over the last two decades, we have designed and built beautiful, functional Natural Swimming Pool/Ponds (NSP's) for folks all over the United States using an engineered biological filtration system we specifically developed for the warmer, more varied climate of North America. We have a variety of design and construction services available for homeowners and commercial clients including our flat rate custom design service (our best value), as well as an hourly design service for pool and pond professionals. Looking for DIY options? See also our How-To eBook and Essential NSP Plans:
Because our custom Natural Swimming Pool/Pond designs are so site-specific, an onsite design consultation (or Site Visit) is a crucial first step in the design process. To ensure every one of our custom NSP designs is the best it can be, we are so pleased to now be able to offer a flat rate design fee that includes a Site Visit to anywhere within the contiguous United States! No additional costs, no surprise fees, just one flat rate gets you a custom Natural Swimming Pool/Pond design starting with an onsite consultation (Site Visit) with one of our designers, a follow-up concept drawing illustrating your custom Natural Swimming Pool/Pond design and an itemized Materials List & Estimate for your project.
*Contact us for pricing if you live outside of the contiguous United States. Also, we have a special discount for you if you live within the Kansas City/Lawrence area!

Natural Swimming Pool/Pond Construction Cost Breakdown
The cost to build a Natural Swimming Pool/Pond depends on the design of the NSP itself (there are many different styles) as well as the intended site (local material costs and availability vary greatly across the US); since every Natural Swimming Pool/Pond project is unique, it is difficult to know the cost of a NSP before it has been designed and the materials have been itemized and sourced. Based on our experience, we can say that most NSP's cost between $65K - $100K to build Turn-Key (including all the materials, labor time and heavy machinery), with some larger, more custom projects in the $150K and above range.
